Kubota’s Agricultural Dealerships across the whole of Europe have never been so united. Well, from a visual branding point of view at least.
HROC’s Creative Services department has been busy working alongside Kubota Europe on developing a Branding Guidelines document for Ag Dealerships which gives dealers the do’s and don’ts on how the outside and inside of their Kubota Dealership should look.
It was decided that a business the size of Kubota EU needed a go-to guide of how their Dealerships should present themselves visually. It’s a timesaving tool that will give area and countrywide dealer managers the peace of mind that Dealerships look how they should so they can get on with their job. HROC was delighted to be tasked with the project where we not only looked after the design of the brochure but advised on a strategic level as well.
The 44-page document covers everything from the Totem pole that can be seen for hundreds of meters from the entrance to office room seating and wall clocks.
The guidelines start with an introduction that explains why it is vital Kubota Dealerships maintain the same look, feel and high standards throughout Europe. It then goes on to inform the dealer of the correct logos, pantone references for external and internal signage, the different types of merchandising units available, accessories options and everything in-between.
The main aim is to ensure a customer receives a full and thorough ‘Kubota Experience’ when they visit a Dealership, whether they need a replacement filter or a new tractor, and they leave with a positive mindset on Kubota as a brand and its customer service.
