Account Executive

Following a number of high profile client wins, we have an opportunity for an Account Executive to join our growing PR team.

The successful applicant will join a team of 20 of the regions’ best consultants, managing international and UK clients across retail, food& drink and home interest and gardening sectors.

We are looking for someone who has at least 12 months’ experience, bundles of enthusiasm, excellent time management skills, an interest in social media, strong communication skills, good writing skills and also preferably agency experience.

We are looking to find someone who is professional and passionate about PR, keeps abreast of the latest news and campaigns, has strong organisational skills and is keen to learn and work in a growing team.

Job Description

  • Serve a roster of B2B/consumer clients, working directly with account managers and above
  • Liaise with clients, acting as an extension of their team and nurturing a strong, professional relationship built on trust
  • Has some existing relations with the key consumer media and influencers
  • Draft a wide range of consumer-focused press releases
  • Compile evaluations and reports for clients to showcase our results
  • Run a proactive and reactive press office for clients

Key Competencies

  • Must be educated to degree standard
  • Will ideally hold a full, clean driving licence

Experience

  • Preferably 12 months’ minimum in an agency but others will be considered

 

 

B2B Account Manager 

Following a number of high profile client wins, we have an opportunity for a B2B Account Manager to join our growing PR team.

The successful applicant will join a team of 20 of the regions’ best consultants, managing international and UK clients across building products, heating & ventilation and home interest and gardening sectors.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of three years’ agency experience and the ideal candidate will have experience of leading a PR team to manage international or national clients

Job Description

  • Serve a roster of B2B/consumer clients, managing a team of account executives and reporting into account directors
  • Handle all day-to-day client management
  • Provide strategic direction for clients which meet business objectives
  • Write integrated and creative proposals for clients and new business pitches
  • Have a vast understanding of social media and digital
  • Have strong media relations within the key sectors
  • Draft a wide range of copy from press releases, technical features, blogs and social media content for a wide range of audiences
  • Ensure the team compile evaluations and reports for clients to showcase our results
  • Manage proactive and reactive press offices for clients
  • Ensure all client deadlines are met and managing team workloads

Key Competencies

  • Must be educated to degree standard
  • Will hold a full, clean driving licence

Experience

  • Preferably three years’ minimum in an agency
