The Challenge

To create a targeted, multi-channel advertising campaign to communicate the new CrossCountry app, highlighting the benefits it can bring and urging customers either to download the app or encouraging customers to make greater use of its features.

The Solution

Working to very tight deadlines, HROC created a series of advertisements that focused on the benefits of the CrossCountry app and, at the same time, highlighted how it could heighten the customer booking and travel experience.

The Result

The distinctive and instantly recognisable on-board and platform posters, supported by social media, incorporated a humorous and witty approach enabling CrossCountry to deliver clear messages about the app’s different tools. Raising awareness of the app, underlining its ease of use and highlighting the information available.
