HRO'C Digital expand online offering with new head of search
Edgbaston-based marketing communications agency HRO’C has recently appointed Mark Shergold as Head of Search for its digital department to expand the extensive range of online services that the company offers.
Mark joins HRO’C Digital from Spear Ltd where he spent three years in his role as Operation Director - Head of Search. His position at HRO’C will involve all areas of search engine marketing, including search engine optimisation, pay-per-click, affiliate and social marketing.
Simon Cox, Head of Digital, explained: “Mark joins the company with a wealth of experience in his field and will help to grow our online offering. As online has advanced over the past decade, Mark’s vast knowledge in digital marketing will strengthen us as an agency and allows us to offer other clients a fuller digital package.”
Mark is already working on HRO’C Digital’s existing clients, including Safestore and Roundup Lawn and Garden, and has played a major role in the company’s most recent business win with Johnson’s Tiles.
Mark has worked for many blue chip clients throughout his career, including Sky, Butlins, Norwich Union, XL.com and Hillary’s Blinds.
