To refresh and update the existing Which? Trusted Traders sales material, to create a more engaging look and feel and to help increase conversion rates. The new creative had to work both off and online, providing a consistent message and style across all collateral.
HROC created a new design style for a sales presenter, leave-behind brochure and case study templates, which needed to be concise, easy to digest and focus on the key benefits of being a Which? Trusted Trader, whilst retaining the existing brand style of Which?
The sales team love the new creative – it has made presenting to potential trader customers much easier and is far more engaging. It has also providing them with plenty of material to inspire the traders and easily explain all of the benefits and the process of the scheme.
